Christmas 2013:
- To add the gravestones and also the monumental inscriptions for the Church of St. Philip & St. James, Ratby, I will be copy these from the book called The History and Antiquities of the County of Leicester: Volume 4 Part 2 containing Sparkenhoe Hundred by John Nichols published in 1811 and available to view at http://cdm15407.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/ref/collection/p15407coll6/id/5419 scroll down to past page 581 to find Ratby and all of the delicious information written by John Nichols about this village.
- I would also like to add the Leicestershire burial information I have, this is not complete as not all of the parishes for Leicestershire are covered, the dates cover roughly 1813 to 1865 but saying this there is a lot of information to add and this includes the following villages:-
